This 33 year old female patient, mother of two, underwent 4D VASER lipo-abdominoplasty (liposuction of abdomen immediately followed by tummy tuck), and VASER 4D liposuction of the flanks, hips, middle and lower back with Dr. Epstein. The fat removed was then placed into the buttocks so as to smooth out her curves as well as to change the overall shape from square to round, also to enhance the overall size of the buttocks. The lower back rolls are far less prominent, especially the larger left back roll - improvement is best seen from the left side view (bottom). NOTE: Patient is shown four months after surgery so the scar is still red and easily noticeable. It will fade with time. Regardless, it falls well below her waistline so it is hidden by her clothing.
This 34 year old female patient underwent a standard abdominoplasty with Dr. Epstein. A drain was used in this case as it was performed just before switching to the drainless technique.
This 58 year old female patient underwent an extended abdominoplasty from Dr. Epstein after she suffered severe skin excess due to 40 pound weight loss. She also received excisional recontouring of hips, thighs, and flanks. Scars are suboptimal as a consequence of many years of cortisone therapy which impacts wound healing and scar formation. A drain was used in this case as it was performed a few years before switching to the drainless technique.

I took PRP injection for the undereye area to fill-up the hollows under my eyes and the old skin on my neck. It is the third day since Dr. Epstein did a successful procedure. He is one of the best doctors as he was really patient with me especially when it came to my fear for needles. The area is a bit swollen still and the bruising of the injections is still visible. So far, no results can be seen as the area is still swollen. I will post more updates in a few weeks. However, Dr. Epstein and his staff did the best for me and I highly appreciate it.
