This patient had a vertical mastopexy with fat harvest from the flanks, inner and outer thighs using power-assisted liposuction.
50 year old female who had a mommy makeover which included a Wise pattern (anchor scar) breast lift with a small reduction on the left, a full tummy tuck, and liposuction of the flanks.

This patient is a 33 year old female from Hawaii who presented to Dr. Cohen with complaints of unnatural appearing breasts after two prior breast augmentations by another surgeon. Specifically, she was unhappy with the wide spacing, lateral (outer breast) fullness, and the appearance of her areolas. To obtain a natural breast appearance, Dr. Cohen felt that he would need to 1) change the patient from saline to cohesive silicone gel implants, 2) perform extensive internal pocket revisions (including both internal stitching to tighten the lateral pockets, and tissue release towards the upper and middle pockets to create better cleavage), and 3) perform an external tightening of skin with a lollipop incision (mastopexy) to reduce the areola size and tighten up the skin. In surgery, Dr. Cohen removed the patient's old implants which were 425cc saline implants on the right and 460ccs on the left. He performed multiple layers of internal (inside the breast pocket) stitching to reposition the implant upwards and towards the middle. He placed Mentor smooth round, moderate cohesive silicone gel implants and used a 350cc on the right and a 375cc on the left for the best symmetry. Finally, he adjusted the nipple/areola size and tightened the skin using a lollipop incision (vertical mastopexy). After surgery, the patient recovered very nicely and was extremely pleased with her softer, rounder, and natural appearing breasts.
This 29-year-old woman from the Phoenix, Arizona area came to Dr. Cohen because she was concerned about her breasts' shape and size.The patient wanted to have fuller, perkier breasts and was very concerned with maintaining a natural look. Dr. Cohen recommended a combination of Mentor silicone cohesive gel breast implants placed under the muscle with a circumareolar mastopexy (around the areola tightening) in order to achieve the most aesthetic, natural appearing breasts. During surgery, Dr. Cohen inserted Mentor smooth, round, moderate plus profile cohesive silicone gel implants. He found that 325cc implants gave the patient a very pleasing shape that met her goals and balanced very well with her body. He was also able to improve the roundness of her breasts by tightening the skin and tissue around the areolas. Following her Phoenix plastic surgery procedure, the patient did very well and was very happy with her perky, natural appearing breasts.
This patient is a 24 year old female from the Phoenix, Arizona area who presented to Dr. Cohen with complaints of breasts that were unnatural in appearance. The patient had undergone prior breast augmentation with saline implants by another surgeon and wished to have a revision of her breasts to give her a perkier, rounder, and more natural look. Dr. Cohen gave her a complex breast revision including changing the implants from saline to silicone implants, internal pocket reshaping to reposition the implants in a higher and more centralized position, and external skin tightening with a vertical scar pattern to tighten and reshape the breasts. After surgery, the patient healed nicely, and she was very happy with the significant improvement in the shape, size and positioning of her breasts.

If you look at social media, the butt seems to be one of the most important parts of the body. I don't have an influencer butt and I wasn't sure how to get a "happening heinie".
