Removed my brown/age spots

My skin looks like the skin of a person in their 70s even though I am only in my 30s. I have brown spots on my hands and and my face and the whole look is one I wanted to eliminate. Thanks to Dr. Fred Fermin Soeprono, I was able to reduce the look of them on my face and just about get rid of them on my hands. He also gave me some useful tips and tricks to avoid getting sun damage that can cause age spots in the future. I feel like I look my age now and I didn't think that would ever be possibe1
