I had breast implants put in 15 years ago. Since then I have had 3 kids and just feel like they are too big for my liking and it is time to get them removed. If I were to take my implants out, what happens with the lose skin? Would I need to have an additional surgery done to have the skin tightened or is this something the surgeon would automatically take into consideration when they remove the implant?
