Tori Spelling has been viewed as holding many roles in her life. She has been an actress, a reality TV star, a business owner, and the daughter of one of the most famous TV producers of all time. The 48-year-old actress has also been turning heads lately thanks to her new look. Her appearance is being compared to another realty TV star which leads some people to believe that Tori has gone under the knife to alter her appearance.
In an interview with the website, Page Six, Dr. Ramtin Kassir, a plastic surgeon from New York City, shared the option that Spelling has undergone several procedures. Dr. Kassir, who has not treated the actress in the past, told the website, "She definitely did her nose again, 100 percent - unless these are so filtered [it only appears that way] - but I'm going by what I'm seeing [in the photos]."
The doctor also speculated on a possible facelift for Spelling due to the appearance of her jawline being "clean", "rejuvenated" and "tight".
The look of her neck and clavicle area also sounded some cosmetic surgery speculation because "When looking at her before picture, you don't see her nice, defined lines that you see with her now. She's probably working out and in great shape, too, so that all helps, but she's definitely had some things done to her face. You can do it [with filler], but in this case, the neck looks really tight." Dr. Kassir also suspect the actress might have undergone a brow lift (thanks to the arch in her eyebrows) or blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) to alter the look of her face.
Page Six also interviewed another doctor, who has not treated Tori in the past, to get his opinion on the changes to her appearance. Dr. Howard Sobel, a dermatologic surgeon and attending cosmetic dermatologist at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, is also of the opinion that Spelling made changes to her face. However, his theory is that she used injectables to gain her newly defined appearance. "A filler was probably done in her cheeks, jawline and chin, giving her more definition."
Dr. Howard believes that she "probably had filler to give them more definition and make them look more pouty." On the other hand, Dr. Kassir believes Tori had a lip lift due to the shorter distance that runs from the top of her lip to the bottom section of her nose.
Her new look gained a lot of attention this week as she was compared to Khloe Kardashian thanks to her updated appearance. Some people went as far as to call them twins thanks to Tori?s new appearance.
Spelling shocked her fans by wearing a fitted denim jumpsuit while going out with friends. She was accompanied on her night out, while wearing black boots and a Gucci cross shoulder bag, by her hairstylist. Tori did not mind the attention as she posed for photos and even shared one of the pictures on her Instagram page.
Her fans stared to post online in order to point out the similarity of her new look to Kardashian:
There was one fan who defended Spelling on social media by saying "Honestly Tori Spelling looks AMAZING! Good for you girl! How you spend your money is your business!"
Spelling's new appearance also includes smooth skin, no wrinkles, gold chain necklaces and beach blonde hair flowing down around her face.
Both doctors also suspect her smoother skin is the result of a CO2 laser to smooth away any wrinkles and also a Fraxel laser to remove any signs of hyperpigmentation. In addition, a CO2 laser is able to help the skin start the production of collagen that gives skin a younger and healthier look.
As recently as 2019, the actress discussed her past plastic surgery procedures by admitting to having work performed on her nose as well as her breasts.
Because Spelling has been in the public eye for decades, she is used to her appearance being discussed and the gossip and speculation about whether or not she has undergone plastic surgery procedures. As shown above, she has admitted to having rhinoplasty and breast implants when she was younger. However, she has not addressed her new appearance and whether or not she had surgical help to achieve a look that seems closer to Khloe Kardashian than the actual appearance of Tori Spelling from the past. It remains to be seen if she will continue to look more like a Kardashian than a Spelling in the near future.
